Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes — our technicians service all domestic and import vehicles, from daily drivers to luxury cars. We have the diagnostic equipment and expertise for Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, and everything in between.
How long will my repair take?
Most routine services (oil changes, brake pads, diagnostics) are completed same-day. Larger repairs typically take 1-2 days. We'll give you a clear timeline when we provide your estimate, and we'll call you with updates.
Do I need an appointment?
We accept both! Appointments guarantee a time slot, but we welcome walk-ins and will get you in as quickly as possible. For oil changes and inspections, no appointment is usually needed.
How do I know if I really need the repair?
We believe in full transparency. We'll show you exactly what we found — often with photos from under your vehicle. We explain what's urgent, what can wait, and what's just something to keep an eye on. No pressure, ever.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. For larger repairs, ask about our payment plan options.
Do you do state inspections?
Yes, we perform state safety and emissions inspections. Walk-ins welcome for inspections — they typically take 30-45 minutes. If your vehicle doesn't pass, we'll explain exactly what's needed and provide a fair estimate.
